2 things:

You left out the part where the universal translator also seamlessly edits the live video feed to make their mouths look like they are speaking English as well. True 23rd century tech!

And as for the second thing, I have no doubt the US Government loves this portable Arabic translation software. No way it can get kicked out of the service for being gay like so many other badly needed Arabic translators.
