Why for has not this article Porky the Pig at the end of it?

Honestly however, I think this is very interesting. It shows the continued revolutionizing of the means of production in some of the basic things - food.

Meat has been in the past a demand raised by workers from time to time - as the early days of the industrial revolution often brought peasants/farmers etc into the factory system to swap their traditional diet for one of paste essentially.

The vegetarian - paste diet, as I see it. The white bread, margarine etc diet is a very modified non-traditional industrial diet- many claim is perhaps one of the least healthy etc

If humanity is able to get some level of rational control over the economy much of this food technology could really be put to use.

I see a major consumer acceptance issue....
But I also see cost savings. I think we all know how such dilemas turn out.
