In this case multitouch means only multi-user. But real multitouch is theoretically possible and will hopefully come to the ring°wall within a new application. You’re totally right. At the moment the running application is mainly filled with motor sports information respectively with information on the Nurburgring and it’s recreation offer.

That’s incidentally the main reason, why you don’t see any real multitouch interaction in the video, because the content of this application isn’t designated for multitouch gestures. In this case multitouch means only multi-user.

But real multitouch is theoretically possible and will hopefully come to the ring°wall within a new application.

We hope that also other institutions get aware of the ring°wall and then assign us to build such large walls in another contexts. Your given examples totally fit to our imagined purposes.
