		<description>Mark, why _wouldn&#039;t _ sovereign states have the right to police their borders?  Surely you&#039;re not advocating ZERO immigration control?   Seems a bit reckless, especially with the threat of terrorists.

I wouldn&#039;t worry about people boycotting the US, tho&#039;.  Where _else_ are they going to go?</description>
