Thanks. My name is Zakir Hossain, Citizen of Bangladesh Living in the Dhaka City. I am A+ Certified Professional and IT member of CompTIA USA. I am around 57 years old but every one tel me 25-35 years old, slim, no fat, good breathing. I hve contined physical exercise past 9 years without any day dop. No diesase. Every day exercise (run min 8 miles and weekend 12-14 miles). Good skill Taekwondo. Formerly worked at Commander Soap .Co Ltd. 265 Tejgaon I/A. Dhaka and presently working at Colour Quest Ltd. Not feel any tired or bore. Last week a road accide3nt was happened and injured yet not drop exercise.

I have two daughter and wife. My elder daughter is reading at management(Hons) and younger one was participate the SSC(Secondary School ) exam from Scince group.

I continue my life honestly and always maintain discipline of like. I hate the corrupted people. I love challenge and struggle. My goal is to stay in the NEXT CENTURY with active body.I never want to be retire from the work. I would like to stay last breath of my life without sickness. If Almighty All/God bless me. Hope I might be success if the creator give me the chance.

I always eat vegetable and never run behind money/wealth .

So I guess if you have this gene you'll have to save a lot more for retirement, or try to postpone retirement as long as possible.
