They should dedicate a single city where only light, and efficient electric vehicles were allowed to use

If all vehicles were light, the risk of being hit by weighty 5 door would not exist, maybe people would get interested? Who knows.

Perhaps someone can pass the idea to South Korea's Robot city which is being constructed at the moment I think.
