Peter is on the right track with a higher and more general level of conversation. I’m not sure how soon this will actually make it to the general phone network because so many entrenched people and so much expensive infrastructure is already in place.

We’ve taken a less phone centric approach with an agent that you can develop a long term relationship with. We focus on the meta structure of conversation and add underlying core behaviors which leads to a richer (emergent?) interaction.
