Elizabeth C. Turner

Elizabeth Turner is a professor of sedimentary geology, paleobiology, and sedimentary-rock-hosted ore deposits in the Harquail School of Earth Sciences at Laurentian University (Sudbury, Canada). Dr Turner's 30 years of field-based research in northern Canada and elsewhere focuses primarily on ancient Earth-surface environments, including paleobiological, geochemical, paleoenvironmental, sedimentological, and diagenetic evolution in deep time spanning over one billion years of Earth history.
